I've been working for the past two weeks, 10 hours a day and I barely had time for myself. Sigh. I don't want to make the update quick and messy, so it can take a few more days.

Dionne: "It's getting tougher, isn't it? Nine of you are standing before me, but I only have eight names to call. And the first name I'm going to call... is... Pearline."

Dionne: "Pearline, congratulations. You understood the concept well, and that's why I called you first. You're still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Pearline: "Thank you, Dionne!"
Dionne: "You're welcome. The next name is... Roselle!"

Dionne: "Roselle, this is what I mean about you. Bouncing is not good. You have only one way to go, and it is 'up'. Congratulations, you're still in the running."
Roselle: "Thanks, madam."
Dionne: "You're welcome. The next names I'm going to call are... Mathilda and Xiomara."

Dionne: "Girls, you tied this week. Mathilda, it's nice to see you're finding your way up back again. Xiomara, your progress has slowed down in the last weeks, and this industry knows no excuses. But I have good news for you, you're the challenge winner, congratulations. You will have a very special photoshoot for your personal portfolio. Both of you are still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Xiomara: "Thank you, Dionne."
Mathilda: "Thanks, Dionne."
Dionne: "The next name I'm going to call is... Louise."

Dionne: "Louise, it looks like your extra shots really helped. But I still believe you can achieve higher than this. You're still in the running, congratulations."
Louise: "Thank you, Dionne."
Dionne: "The next girl is... Betsey."

Dionne: "Betsey, we're almost the halfway down, and you can't afford falling at this point. You're still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Betsey: "Thank you very much..."
Dionne: "You're welcome. The next name I'm going to call is... Hope."

Dionne: "Hope, what's happening? You've got to find your strength, and fight your way back to the top. The judges shouldn't think that you are not build up for this."
Hope: "Thanks, Dionne, I'll do my best."
Dionne: "Alright. Will Phyllis and Valentina please step forward?"

Dionne: "Two beautiful girls stand before me, but I only have one name to call. The girl whose name I'm not calling must immediately return to the house, pack her belongings, and leave."

Dionne: "I didn't expect the events to turn out like this. I had high hopes for both of you. You, Phyllis, the beautiful dancer with her aesthetic moves, who sometimes gets too stiff and sometimes too posey. And then there is you, Valentina, the exotic beauty and the hard worker, who tries maybe too hard but never seems to give us pictures on which we would say 'WOW! This is it!' So who stays?"

Dionne: "Phyllis. We don't think we saw all of you. Congratulations, you're still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Phyllis: "Thank you so much, Dionne, I can't find the words..."

Valentina: "Good luck guys, I love you."

Valentina: "Well, what should I say? I loved to be here and I was expecting to go further, but one of us has to go every week. The thing I was looking forward to was travelling to another place, but this is it for me. I'm really fond of Phyllis, she was my best friend in the house. I hope she wins it for me."

On the next day, Xiomara went to her personal photoshoot. The limo brought her to the beach, where she was met by Christian Cole.

Christian: "Welcome. What we are doing today is an underwear shot, but it won't be a generic one. You will carry a pair of angel wings, and will have a special makeup, but we will try to do something different. I want you to be fashionable, but yet a little awkward, even eerie. We are going to show that there is a bit devil in every angel. Are you ready?"
Xiomara: "Wow, great! I'm so excited!"
Christian: "OK, you can go and get your make-up done."

Christian: "It was very nice to work with you."
Xiomara: "Thank you, Chris! Goodbye!"

Back at home...

Betsey: "Girls, Zoe is here!"

Zoe: "Hello, everyone! I have a pleasant surprise for you. As you know, as models, there are important people which you should meet and make yourself known to. One of them, maybe the one of the most important men in the industry, Mr. Raymond Rowe, wants to meet you. It's a really important chance for you, and you better impress him."

Zoe: "And here comes the fun part. You all are invited to a VIP party tonight! The limo will pick you up at 8 o'clock, and take you there. You will see many important faces there, so behave yourselves! Remember, this is a challenge. Raymond Rowe will pick one favourite, and she will be awarded a 10000§ check, and can pick one friend to share a surprise. Good luck ladies, and see you there!"
Girls: "Bye!!!"

The limo took the girls to the private lounge, they were first to come and very few people were already there.

At first look, they could see Kyra Hanson, the Supermodel, Manuel Wells, the famous director, Charlotte Smith, daughter of Millionaire Gregory Smith, and many more.

Zoe was already there to meet them.

Zoe: "Welcome, girls, you all look beautiful tonight! Take a seat and have yourselves something to drink. When ready, Mr. Rowe will call you one by one, and ask you a few questions about yourselves. Just relax and have fun!"

Everyone was really nervous about meeting Raymond Rowe. All of them have already heard of him, but it seemed impossible to be able to meet him someday.
Phyllis: "God, I'm so blank! What if he asks me something and I can't bring out a word?"
Louise: "I don't feel so good, either..."
Hope: "Everyone who is not stupid can bring out a word. You are panicking too much."

Hope: "Everyone was like 'Bla bla bla, I'm so scared!'. There was nothing to be scared of. Mr. Rowe is not exactly a cannibal, right? Go there and do your best, there is no need for a crisis!"

Roselle was trying to be in good manners with Manuel Wells, the director.
Roselle: "...I'm such a fan of your work! Wow, I can't believe I was able to meet you! When I watched 'Daydream', I was like 'OMG', it was brilliant!..."

Xiomara: "Lol, Roselle was, like, outta herself. I can't help but laugh when I think back. She totally forgot about what she was there for!"

But it was Pearline who had a nice conversation with Manuel Wells, and who was actually asked to dance with him. Mathilda couldn't believe her eyes.

Mathilda: "When I saw Pearline dancing with the director, I was so ashamed! She is married! She has a child! And it is bad reputation for us all, because we are not there to flirt with the guests! 'What happens here, stays here' I guess this is what she thinks."

Soon everyone was dancing, and Zoe joined Pearline and Manuel. Pearline was having the time of her life, but as soon as she returned to the table, she realized what some of the other girls were thinking of her, and it annoyed her very much.

Pearline: "Some of those girls are SO stupid. What if I've danced with the director? He is world-famous! I guess they think I should have rejected him like a high-schooler. So immature! We are here to represent ourselves, sitting in a corner and doing nothing is just exactly what I'm not doing, thank you."

Louise tried her luck with Supermodel Kyra Hanson and Charlotte Smith.
Louise: "...I'm so happy to meet you, I could never imagine such a day would come! I really see you as my idol, Mrs. Hanson..."

Louise: "Those celebrities from the TV... They were really there! I once dreamed of being a celebrity photographer, and now we are here among them! I hope I didn't sound too childish, because it was so hard talking to them without messing up! It was like an exam, my hands were all shaky, and I tried really hard not to show it..."

Xiomara and Hope were powdering their noses when Roselle came in. Both were suddenly quiet, and Xiomara giggled a bit. Roselle was really pissed off because she knew they were talking about her.

Roselle: "I don't know what the other girls think, but I really can't stand Xiomara. Hope is another case, she better gets sacked soon. Not because I see her as a rival, Xiomara is really used to be called first every week, and that started to get into her. Just because I was called before, she is talking behind my back and giggling. She just doesn't know how tough I could be. Yet."

Finally, the girls were called one by one. The first one was Betsey.

Raymond: "Welcome, Betsey. I have only one question for you, and I want you to answer honestly. Where do you see yourself in five years from now on?"

Betsey: "I realized that modeling world is exactly where I belong. I think I have a unique face, and that I'm fun to work with. I believe I will be booked by many designers, and
have a successful modeling career. But I will never quit my professional training, either."
Raymond: "Thank you, Betsey. The next one is Hope."

Raymond: "Hello, Hope. My question for you is: What would you expect from a professional model?"

Hope: "I think that I professional model should always arrive on time, and not have excuses like illness or family. Her private life should be arranged, and should never get mixed with her work timelines."
Raymond: "Thank you, Hope. Up next is Louise."

Raymond: "Hello, Louise. Here is my question for you: What about the modeling world doesn't look appealing to you?"

Louise: "Well, right now I'm so eager and I feel so ready for this business, I think I could manage to get along with every rule of this industry. But to be honest, I would never want to be apart from my family. They are very important to me, but of course it's me who has to arrange work and private life."
Raymond: "Thank you, Louise. Next is Mathilda."

Raymond: "Welcome, Mathilda. My question is: What do you think is more important? Standing for your opinion, or doing whatever the employer wants?"

Mathilda: "I have my own rules, but they are bendable. I guess as a model, I won't need to stand for my opinion, because I have to do what I'm hired for. But this industry also has rules, and if they want me to do something unacceptable, I would do whatever it takes to stand up for myself."
Raymond: "Thank you, Mathilda. Next is Pearline."

Raymond: "Hello, Pearline. Here is my question: If you were to be booked by an agency from a far away country for a year, and if it was a really good opinion for your career, would you leave your family and go?"

Pearline: "I suppose I won't have a chance to take my family with me. OK, I would go there, because I'm sure my husband would respect me and wants me to do whatever is good for my career. And I trust him with my baby. Of course I would be very homesick, but if it's a great chance for my career and for the sake of my family, I would say 'yes'."
Raymond: "Thank you, Pearline. Next one is Phyllis."

Raymond: "Good evening, Phyllis. I have question for you: Why did you choose modeling over your career?"

Phyllis: "I had a really successful career, but I chose modeling because I think I got everything I could get from dancing. I think I could be more than that, I could be a unique face everyone would know.
Raymond: "Thank you, Phyllis. Next is Roselle."

Raymond: "Hello, Roselle. Here is my question for you: Why do you think you are different than the rest of the girls?"

Roselle: "Alright, most of the girls here are boring, generic beauties, and they are not really deep. All they do is squee and cheer at everything, but I am selective. I know my strengths and I know my weaknesses and work on them. Most of them think I'm not taking this as serious as they do, but I do take this far more serious than them. I am really spontaneous and I adapt myself to every circumstance, I never whine and complain about anything. Well, I guess that's it."
Raymond: "Thank you, Roselle. The last one is Xiomara."

Raymond: "Welcome, Xiomara. My question is: What do you think about your chances in the modeling world?"

Xiomara: "I know what you mean. I think I have a great chance, because I am truly different from the human kind. The modeling industry has many different models, generic and unique ones, but there is no other me. Many people could think I look different, even awkward, but I know that fashion needs different faces, and I am one."
Raymond: "Thank you, Xiomara."

The girls then walked in front of Raymond Rowe, who took notes.

Raymond: "Thank you, ladies. I will announce the winner at the panel. See you there."

Phyllis: "I'm not sure about how I did. The prize is really worth winning this. I hope I could impress Mr. Rowe..."

Betsey: "He asked me a classic question, but that's exactly how you can fall. I hope my answer was satisfying and not too common..."

In the next morning, the girls received a message from Dionne.

Dionne: "I know you are girls of all colors, but are you really colorful? Have a nice photoshoot!"

They were met by Christian Cole, who explained the theme.
Chris: "Hello, ladies. Today, each of you will represent a color. Not only that, you will be two different tones of the same color, a light and a dark one. This is going to be a beauty shot, so keep your emotions low, and be glamorous."

Back at home, Hope was the one to discover the Dionne Mail.

Hope: "It says: 'Tomorrow you'll meet with the judges. Only seven of you will continue in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel. Love, Dionne.' "

Pearline: "We'll be halfway down tomorrow..."
Phyllis: "I don't want to be in the bottom again, one was stressful enough..."
Xiomara: "You can't second-guess yourself at this point, just believe that you will not be in the bottom two tomorrow."

Dionne: "Good evening, ladies. Let me tell you about your prizes. The winner will get a 100000 Simoelons contract with The Beautiful Sim, a cover and six page spread in Simple Life Magazine, and will be booked for one year by Elite Sim."

Dionne: "Your judges are Christian Cole, best photographer in the industry."
Chris: "Good evening, ladies."

Dionne: "...Ingrid Berg, hair stylist and fashionist..."
Ingrid: "Hello girls..."

Dionne: "...Zoe Lilies, Winner from Cycle 1."
Zoe: "Good evening!"

Dionne: "And our guest judge, Mr. Raymond Rowe, one of the most important faces in the industry. You had a challenge with him this week, and he has picked one winner. It will be announced after our deliberation. Let's begin with your individual evaluations, and Betsey, you're first. Each of you were two tones of a colour, and you were Pink. Let's see your best shots:"

Dionne: "I love your eyes. They are so meaningful. This is a very nice beauty shot of you."
Chris: "This is a very romantic pose. I love how you squinted with your eyes, but try not raising your eyebrows high next time."

Dionne: "You look upwards again. In this picture your face looks boring and empty. You have to work on different looks, Betsey."
Ingrid: "You have a strong make-up here. If you looked into the camera, it would be so much better for you. I'm not really fond of your set today."
Dionne: "Thank you, Betsey. The next one is Hope. Hope, you were Blue, and here are your best shots:"

Dionne: "This is a beauty shot, and in this case, you look very beautiful. I love your pose. Very good."
Ingrid: "For this case you look very good, but we're starting to expect more of you, Hope. Just 'beautiful' or 'great' is not enough, you need to show us that you got 'that something special'."

Dionne: "You look confused, or in shock to me. Unfortunately, you failed to give us diversity here, all of your pictures look almost the same. This is one of your weakest pictures."
Chris: "Remember, beauty is not just standing there. You have got to keep your face beautiful, and it's all about the eyes. You are beautiful, that's for sure, but your eyes look dead."
Dionne: "Thank you, Hope. Up next is Louise. Louise, your two tones were Black and White, and here are your best shots:"

Dionne: "This is an interesting picture. There is something about your face I can't really put my finger on. But I'm getting an emotion from this picture. I like it."
Chris: "I've got the same problem with you, Louise, you're afraid to try new things. You always give me the same poses. You're not hard to direct, but you have to open up yourself."

Dionne: "One of my favorite pictures of you. It reminds me of a wild animal. You carried that heavy make-up really well."
Ingrid: "What I see here is a topmodel, and that's a good thing. I would love it more if you narrowed your eyes a little more, but you really give me the feeling of 'black' here."
Dionne: "Thank you, Louise. The next one is Mathilda. Mathilda you were Purple, and here are your best shots:"

Dionne: "OK, where should I start? This is not my favorite picture of you, that's for sure. You look out of place here. Your body doesn't connect with your face. I almost didn't recognize you, because you turned away your face, and your expression is not really appealing."
Ingrid: "You couldn't adapt yourself to this make-up. Where is Mathilda from last week? You can't afford a downfall at this point."

Dionne: "I don't know, you look like a rag doll to me. Both of your films were really weak this week, I hope you survive."
Chris: "You were one of my personal favorites in the beginning, but week after week, I can hardly see you develop. You look so stiff to me here. I hope next time you'll finally bear our advices in your mind."
Dionne: "Thank you, Mathilda. The next one is Pearline. You were Orange and Brown. Let's see your best shots:"

Dionne: "I'm not exactly in love with what you did with your eyes, but you look different and sexy. Kinda Marilyn Monroe-ish. I love that eye contact exists in this picture. Nice."
Chris: "I can't say you're a model yet, but I love how you always try different things with your shots. Although this doesn't always bring you to the top, you keep trying, and I value courage."

Dionne: "Like I said to Mathilda - Don't turn away from the camera. Fortunately, your face is still visible. I love that little smile on your face, you know how to smile within a beauty shot."
Ingrid: "You look like chocolate here, and I want to take a bite. Just kidding, I think you look very charming, and I could publish this one in a magazine."
Dionne: "Thank you, Pearline. The next girl is Phyllis. Phyllis, you were Red, and here are your best shots:"

Dionne: "The eye contact here is breathtaking. I'm really stunned at how beautiful you are. You are red, and you didn't really do anything special to be sexy, this shot is just naturally sexy. Congrats."
Ingrid: "I'm glad that Phyllis we know is back again. Being in bottom two has really brought you back. I'm in love with your eyes. They look striking. Very good."

Dionne: "This is not as striking as the first picture, but it still looks strange and wild. You look like you were from a tribe."
Chris: "When I first shot you this week, I thought you were going to be sent home, because you were insecure and nervous. But then you gave your everything, and the picture before is the proof of that. This one is also really strong."
Dionne: "Thank you, Phyllis. The next one is Roselle. Roselle you were Green, let's see your best shots:"

Dionne: "Every week I get amazed at what a strong model face you've got. Your eyes and your nose are just beautiful. You look like an exotic parrot here, and your eyes are really alive and striking."
Chris: "Roselle, you started to discover how to use your face to your advantage, and this is a good thing. There is nothing extraordinarily good at this picture, but you are getting better, and this is what counts."

Dionne: "Not as striking as your first picture. Your face almost looks masculine here, this is because of your cheekbones. But you smiled with your eyes, and they look beautiful."
Ingrid: "I like this picture even more than your first one. You look really natural. There is this natural talent in you, and you have to work on it to make it perfect."
Dionne: "Thank you, Roselle. Last but not least, there is Xiomara. You were Yellow, Xiomara, and here are your best shots:"

Dionne: "Your face looks so beautiful and soft. I love your shoulders and your head position. Contact with the camera is really nice. Far more better than your last week."
Ingrid: "Your face has a lovely shape and beautiful bones. Look at the shadows on your face! One of my favorite pictures this week."

Dionne: "Your eyes look really intense here. Your expression is very strong, but in this picture you don't look naturally graceful like in your first picture. Try to relax your mouth."
Chris: "You are naturally gorgeous and you have the most unique look ever, that means potential. But I wish you tried with more angles and poses. Your first picture was great, but you have to invent more angles that work great for you. "
Dionne: "Thank you, Xiomara."

Dionne: "Alright, now it's time for us judges to deliberate, and when I call you back, one of you will be eliminated."

Sorry for the huge gap between the updates, I had finals and now that they're over, it won't happen again =) I will continue with weekly updates.

Dionne: "Ten ladies stand before me, but I only have nine names to call. The first girl I'm going to call is... Xiomara."

Dionne: "Xiomara, the judges think that you've done a wonderful job last week. Congratulations, you're still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Xiomara: "Thank you, Dionne."
Dionne: "You're welcome. The second name I'm going to call is... Pearline."

Dionne: "Congratulations, Pearline, you're still in the running."
Pearline: "Thank you very much..."
Dionne: "The next name I'm going to call is... Betsey."

Dionne: "Betsey, you really work this makeover. You're still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Betsey: "Thank you so much, Dionne!"
Dionne: "You're welcome. The next one is... Hope."

Dionne: "Hope, you were good, but you need to step it up. Congratulations, you're still in the running."
Hope: "Thanks."
Dionne: "The next girl is... Valentina."

Dionne: "Valentia, it's nice to see you climb up from the bottom. Keep up the good work."
Valentina: "Thank you, Dionne."
Dionne: "You're welcome. The next one is... Mathilda."

Dionne: "Mathilda, you have to put it together again. You've got in in you, and the judges still believe in you. You're still in the running, congratulations."
Mathilda: "Thanks for believing in me."
Dionne: "The next name I'm going to call is... Phyllis."

Dionne: "Phyllis, you're falling down, and the judges are worried... Maybe it has become too much for you? You have to convince them. You're still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Phyllis: "Thanks, Dionne, I will."
Dionne: "The next girl is... Louise."

Dionne: "Louise, you are the challenge winner from this week, so congratulations. But unfortunately, you are below average. If you want to make it, you have to be careful, because next time it could be you who is going."
Louise: "Thank you so much, Dionne."
Dionne: "You're welcome. Now will Roselle and Angelia please step forward?"

Dionne: "Two ladies stand before me, but I only have one name to call. The name I won't call must immediately return to the house, pack her belongings, and leave."

Dionne: "Both of you stand before me because of different reasons. You Roselle, have on of the most unique faces I've ever seen, but you don't know how to work it, and how to use it. We believe that there is so much potential in you, but I wish we could finally see it. And then there is you, Angelia, a beautiful face, which is overshadowed by too much posing and attitude. And modeling is definitely not about that. So who stays?"

Dionne: "Roselle, we know that there is more than we saw in you. Congratulations, you're still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Roselle: "Phew! Thank you, Dionne!!"

Angelia: "...."

Angelia: "This is ridiculous, and I can't even laugh. Everybody just knows I was the best girl out there. I'm not sad, or disappointed, I'm just pissed off. I didn't lose anything, but the modeling world lost me."

Angelia's Portfolio

On the next day, the limo brought them to a showroom.

Evelyn: "Welcome, Ladies. My name is Evelyn Parker, and I'm a posing instructor. I've been in this industry for years, and Dionne is a very old friend of mine."

Evelyn: "Today, I'm going to teach you about posing and keeping the poses. You're going to be human statues from an exhibition, and I will personally review your poses and give you points for it. You will step on the pedestals and when I say 'freeze!' you will keep your pose like a statue. This is a challenge and the winner will get a very special photoshoot for her portfolio and a price of 5000 Simoleons. If you're ready, you can go and change."

Evelyn: "I'm starting left to right. Betsey: You've got a beautiful body, but your position is not very attractive and this angle is a bit awkward. Louise: You look like you are about to jump from the pedestal. I know that standing on one foot is very hard, but you don't look stabil to me. Pearline: Your body and leg position is great, and you really show off the dress, but your arms are just not right. They look like in the middle of a weird dance. Thank you, ladies."

Evelyn: "Now, set two. Mathilda: You look like you didn't know what to do when I said 'freeze'. You look very uncertain, and it really shows. Xiomara: You kept this pose with a great strength, but it's not as fashionable as it needs to be. Phyllis: Your pose is very graceful and elegant. I loved it. Alright, thanks ladies."

Evelyn: "And finally the last set. I'll start with Hope: You kept your hands in front of your face, and it's a big no-no. Valentina: You went for the easy and gave absolutely nothing - you didn't try at all. I love the intensity of your face, though. And finally Roselle: It's a very difficult pose to maintain, and plus, I really don't know what you're trying to do. It's aesthetically not pleasing, but I know that you tried. Thanks, ladies."

Evelyn: "Alright, some of you tried very hard, and some of you naturally grasped the concept better. You all did a good job ladies. The winner will be announced on panel. Thank you all, and see you!"
Girls: "Bye!"

In the limo, the girls received a message from Dionne.

Dionne: "Tonight, I want you all to write a few words to describe yourself. Be careful, if you don't do your homework, you could be expelled!"

Back at home, Xiomara really sat down and tried to describe herself.

Because of the critiques she received from the judges, Mathilda took the message too seriously and almost wrote an essay about herself.

Phyllis didn't want to be lurking around bottom two again, so she tried to concentrate very hard.

Roselle was already done with her job, so she danced around happily without caring for others, which annoyed the hell out of them.

Betsey and Pearline were angry with Roselle, because they couldn't concentrate. "Look at her! She's not taking this thing serious at all. All that she does is making noise and preventing others from doing anything." said Betsey furiously.
"I agree." said Pearline. "There are so many girls who want this more than her. Angelia was a real bitch, that's for sure, but she definitely didn't think this competition was a joke. She deserved to stay. Btw, did you see her face when leaving?" she giggled.

At the time, Roselle was receiving a special massage as her challenge prize.
Louise: "Thank you! I feel so good! I don't think any of the girls feel as good as I feel right now..."

In the next morning, girls watched a video message left by Dionne.

Dionne: "Good morning, ladies. I picked your notes from last night. Now you're probably wondering about today's photoshoot. It's going to be a beauty shoot about different personalities, so your face is very important. Now. Posing about your own personality could be difficult, but it's not as difficult as posing aout what you aren't... Today, you're going to be shooting about what you are never going to be! I handpicked some anti-personalities for you, and you have to convince me about them. Good luck ladies, and have a good time!"

Christian Cole was there to shoot the girls, and she gave each of them their anti-personalities accordingly.

In the evening, Phyllis was the one to find out about the Dionne-Mail.

Nobody could tell that they were safe, so they had an uncomfortable night.

Dionne: "Good evening, my beauties. Let's talk about your prizes. The winner will get a 100000 Simoelons contract with The Beautiful Sim, a cover and six page spread in Simple Life Magazine, and will be booked for one year by Elite Sim."

Dionne: "Your judges are Christian Cole, noted fashion photographer..."
Chris: *nods*

Dionne: "...Ingrid Berg, the talented hair stylist and fashionist..."
Ingrid: "Good evening."

Dionne: "...Beautiful Zoe Lilies, winner from Cycle 1..."
Zoe: "Hi!"

Dionne: "And our guest judge, Evelyn Parker, personal model instructor. You had a challenge this week, and the winner will be announced after our deliberation. Of course, you also have me as a judge, and let's start with your individual evaluations. Betsey, you're first. Alright, your anti-personality was 'tough', and here is your best shot:"

Dionne: "There is too much action here, but it's not too posey. You really give me tough here, and I like your eyes. The emotion on your face is very strong, and I really like your attitude."
Chris: "It's a good pose, but I don't like your mouth. Are you catching flies? It's a beauty shot, remember it. You can close your mouth and still be fierce."
Dionne: "Thank you, Betsey. The next girl is Hope. Hope, your anti-personality was 'aggressive' and here is your best shot:"

Dionne: "Your face is really strong here, I almost didn't recognize you. I love the body language and the hands. The eye-contact is missing, but altogether, it's alright."
Ingrid: "I would never want to mess with you. Alright, your make-up is already very strong, and you didn't have to wrinkle your face this much. You have to speak with the eyes. I really see the anger in your eyes, but I think the eye-contact was crucial here."
Dionne: "Thank you, Hope. Up next is Louise. Louise, you were the challenge winner, congratulations. You were granted four extra pictures this week, I hope you used them well. Your anti-personality was 'shy', and here are your best shots:"

Dionne: "You look gorgeous. You're pretty, you're cute, you're shy... Who would believe that this is the adventurous photographer we know? You really convinced me. Some of those shoots are really nice."
Chris: "I have to say, you were really lucky to have those extra shots. You barely give me variety, Louise, and your eyebrows didn't have to be raised that high. You have to work with the eyes."
Dionne: "Thank you, Louise. The next girl is Mathilda. Your anti-personality was 'revealing', Mathilda, and here is your best shot:"

Dionne: "It's the first time that a cheesy grin like that really works. You look gorgeous. You pictured 'revealing' without stripping down your clothes. It's beautiful and fashionable."
Ingrid: "Ironically, sometimes you really have to strip down your clothes. As a model, you are some sort of a canvas, and you have to do what the employer wants you to do, or else you may not be booked again. This industry is harsh, and if you want to exist, you have to adapt yourself to it."
Dionne: "Thank you, Mathilda. Up next is Pearline. Your anti-personality was 'indifferent', Pearline, because what really caught my eye in your descriptions was 'caring', and this is a personality I've invented, so bear with it. Alright, here is your best shot:"

Dionne: "Wow, you almost always amaze me with your facial expressions. You could really be a brilliant face-model. I love the eyes, I love the 'indifference' in them. Gorgeous."
Chris: "That Pearline in the picture is so wrong for you, that it's almost right. I think you're really talented about expressions. The only thing that bothers me is your mouth. You don't have to give too much attitude, you could have relaxed your mouth, and still give us the same feeling."
Dionne: "Thank you, Pearline. The next one is Phyllis, and your anti-personality was 'crybaby'. Let's see how you did:"

Dionne: "Ouch. What have you done, Phyllis? This is a beauty shot, and I guess this can't exactly be called 'beauty'. You didn't really have to cry to portray 'crybaby', you know it. This is bad acting, you know it, don't you?"
Ingrid: "It's too theatrical, I have to agree, but you are really gorgeous even on this picture. Maybe you've just misunderstood the concept or maybe you were having a bad day."
Dionne: "Thank you, Phyllis. Up next is Roselle. Your anti-personality was 'conservative', and here is your best shot:"

Dionne: "You never fail to surprise me. One week you do a disastrous job, and the other week, you do such a wonderful job. Is it really you? Look at that emotion on your face, and your body language just tells a story. Really nice."
Chris: "You look so insecure and fragile here, and your face tells me how you feel. And you still look glamarous. I know that there is something special in you."
Dionne: "Thank you, Roselle. The next girl is Valentina. Valentina, your anti-personality was 'bubbly'. Here is your best shot:"

Dionne: "I'm not trying to be harsh, but you look like a clown. Valentina, you tend to go for the easy, and this is a critique I received from your posing instructor Mrs Evelyn Parker this week. Do you really want this? Do you take this competition seriously? You have to impress the judges, if you want to stay."
Ingrid: "You could have done a better job, I have to admit. Opening your arms wide is just wrong. And you may never forget: if you do a beauty shot, you either pass or you fail, there is no inbetween. You have to work harder on your face and keep it natural, yet glamarous."
Dionne: "Alright, thank you Valentina. Last but not least there is Xiomara. Your anti-personality is 'dumb'. Let's see your best shot:"

Dionne: "I can see you tried to maintain the beauty and glamour, but this one looks more like 'thoughtful' to me. And you look sort of stiff. I think you could have done a better job."
Chris: "I don't see anything that catches my eye, or that gives me some sort of a spark. You are a great model, but here you are just average. If you don't step it up, you can easily fall down at this point."
Dionne: "Thank you, Xiomara."

Dionne: "Alright, now it's time for us judges to deliberate, and when I call you back, one of you will be eliminated."

I know lately there is a time space between the episodes, because I have finals >=/ But in two weeks I'm free again, and will update more frequently! Hooray!

I'm really pissed off because I really try to update once a week, but every episode requires so much work, and I'm sort of a perfectionist, I sometimes scrap everything and restart.

The Model House | Cycle 2 - Episode 4

Dionne: "Eleven young ladies stand before me, but I only have ten names to call. The first name I'm going to call is.... Betsey."

Dionne: "Betsey, after lurking for two weeks near the bottom, you managed to be called first. Congratulations, you're still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Betsey: "Thank you, Dionne."
Dionne: "You're welcome. The second name I'm going to call is... Xiomara."

Dionne: "Xiomara, you did a good job. Congratulations, you're still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Xiomara: "Thank you very much..."
Dionne: "The next girl I'm going to call is... Hope."

Dionne: "Hope, the judges really liked your film. You're still in the running, congratulations."
Hope: "Thank you, Dionne, I appreciate that."
Dionne: "The next girl is... Pearline."

Dionne: "Congratulations Pearline, you're still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Pearline: "Thanks, Dionne."
Dionne: "You're welcome. The next one is Phyllis."

Dionne: "Phyllis, last week you were much better. Be careful not to fall down from this point. You're still in the running, congratulations."

Dionne: "Louise, you're not bad, but not good enough, either. You definitely have to step up. Roselle, you keep climbing up, and falling down. You are safe this week, but be careful. You're both still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Louise: "Thank you, Dionne."
Roselle: "Thanks."
Dionne: "The next name I'm going to call is... Mathilda."

Dionne: "Mathilda, you couldn't work your new makeover, you have to boost your confidence and give better pictures. Congratulations, you're still in the running."
Mathilda: "Thank you Dionne, I will."
Dionne: "The next name I'm going to call is... Angelia."

Dionne: "Angelia, you're one step away from bottom two this week. From now on, you have only one wey to go, and it's upwards. Be careful, because the next time you could land in bottom two. You're still in the running, congratulations."
Angelia: "Thank you."
Dionne: "Now, will Angelia and Valentina please step forward?"

Dionne: "Two beautiful girls stand before me, but I only have one name to call. The girl I won't call must immediately return to the house, pack her belongings, and go home."

Dionne: "I'll start with Valentina. Valentina, you are a beautiful girl, with beautiful features, but when I look at your pictures, I see a stiffness. The judges don't think that you truly give what you've got. And then we have you, Candace, who started wonderful, but kept falling and falling. The judges think, maybe it was all you could give? So who stays?"

Dionne: "Valentina, maybe you only had a bad day. Congratulations, you're still in the running in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel."
Valentina: "...Thank you..."

Candace: "I wish everyone best luck. Goodbye, girls..."

Candace: "Actually, I was kinda expecting this. I only received negative comments this week. I'm not sad at all and I've already missed my mom. I really like Valentina and Pearline, I hope the winner is one of them."

On the next day...

Pearline: "Guys, mail from Dionne! Let's read: 'Ready for a baywatch? Love, Dionne.'"

The girls jumped into the limo and it drove them to the beach, where they met someone waiting for them.

Steve: "Good afternoon, ladies. My name is Steven Nash, and I'm a runway coach. You are probably wondering what you're doing on this hot beach. It's because, I have a challenge for you today. Now, you will change into some designer swimming costumes, and will walk in groups down this small runway in front of you. It's very important to have a good coordination, walk in synchronization, and of course, rock the runway with your walk. The winner will get the swimsuit she's wearing as a gift, and a relaxing massage all for herself, and four extra shoots on the next photoshoot. Let's begin."

Steve: "Roselle, I love that your head is tilted up, but you have to think about your shoulders. You walk like a boy. Valentina, you have a great body, but it's not really showing up on the runway. Betsey, your walk is nice, but your steps are small and timid, and it shows. Your coordination was not very strong."

Steve: "Pearline, your shoulders are falling and you walk like as if you were shopping around or something. Louise, I really love your walk. You owned this runway. Your coordination was not bad."

Steve: "Mathilda, nothing is really eyecatching about your walk. Hope, you walk very elegantly, it's really nice. Xiomara, you've pushed your shoulders back too much, you look kinda boyish. But you have the best coordination thus far."

Steve: "Angelia, you're over exaggerating your walk. You stick your booty out too much. Phyllis, I liked your walk better, it's more natural, but you were unsure of yourself. I don't like to see that. Your coordination was OK."

Steve: "Alright girls, you did a great job. I'm going to announce the winner at the panel. See you later!"
Girls: "Thank you, Steve!"

Back at home, Louise was really pissed that everyone left the house like a pig stall. Especially when Roselle carelessly ate chips beside her and did nothing to help.
Roselle: "Hey, I'm having it five times worse back at home, so it doesn't really bother me. Just relax, OK?"

Meanwhile, Mathilda was having a private conversation with her mom.
Mathilda: "Hey, mom.... I'm fine... The judges told me I was falling... No, I'm OK. Really... Today, we had a runway challenge... I really wish I could win a challenge... Is everyone alright there? Say hi to dad, OK? I love you."

Confessionals

Angelia: "I'm really pissed. And scared. I never seem to hear a good word from the judges, and I know I'm good, damn it! I don't know what we have up this week. It's the same every week, the shooting goes wonderful, and then I just get called last.

Betsey: "I was so excited when I was called first this week. I was scared I could finally land in bottom two, but look at me! I guess you can never be so sure. Todays challenge was fun, but I don't think I would win. It was so sad to see Candace go, she was really nice to me, and there were many other girls that could leave before her."

Hope: "I feel I'm secure now. I keep doing nice shots, and the judges like them. If I only could win a challenge... That would really be nice. There are some girls I hate in the house, but I don't care about them, because I have a greater aim."

Louise: "If I only could trust myself... I feel I'm doing good, but I am always near the bottom. But I guess I have chance with todays challenge. Maybe runway is my strong side, and I could really rock the runway. I'm here to win and I'm going to do whatever it takes."

Mathilda: "I was so happy with last weeks shot, I don't know what happened to me. But I'm strong and I believe in myself. Negative comments can't bring me down. I just wish Angelia leaves, because she is so bitchy and she thinks she's better than everyone here. Ugh."

Pearline: "I have a great time in this competition. Most of the girls are friendly, and some of them are bitchy. I realy like everyone, and it's sad to see a girl leave, but this is a competiton and I have to deal with it. I think I can win this competition, I have faith in myself. I gotta do this for my baby."

Phyllis: "I've been giving good pictures from the start, and it pisses me off when I fall down. I think I'm better than most of the girls here. I am so confident with my body, I can pose, I can walk, and I think I deserve to be the winner. But of course, it's up to the judges in the end."

Roselle: "I think this competition is about getting the most out of it. I don't care if I fall or if I climb, because only the last week is important. I won't get eliminated, and if I do, I'll leave here with as many prizes as I can get. I know it sounds greedy, but I'm never afraid to say what I think!"

Valentina: "Being in the bottom two is such a great stress. I hated it and I hope I will never fall in bottom two again. I really see myself as the next Topmodel, and the point is making the judges see it, too."

Xiomara: "I love being in this competition. Our judges are friendly and I've learned many things about modeling. I loved the runway challenge, I can't wait to walk on a real runway. I feel like most of the girls like me, but I'm being discriminated by a few girls."

A few days later, the girls received a video message from Dionne.

Dionne: "Hello, ladies. Be ready for your next photoshoot. This time, you will pose in two different outfits, and two different characters. One of the characters will be a party girl in a pretty dress, who got lost in a dark street and doesn't feel easy. I have to see that emotion in the picture. The second character is a girl that belongs to a street like that, quite the opposite of the first girl, and I have to see a rebel, the anger in the picture. Have a great time, ladies!"

Girls were taken to the studio and the shooting went for hours.

In the evening, Hope saw the mail from Dionne.

Hope: "Tomorrow, you will meet with the judges. Only nine of you will continue in hopes of becoming the next Topmodel. Love, Dionne."

Nobody could really make a prediction, so they went to bed early without debating much.

Dionne: "Welcome, ladies. Let me tell you about your prizes. The winner will get a 100000 Simoelons contract with The Beautiful Sim, a cover and six page spread in Simple Life Magazine, and will be booked for one year by Elite Sim."

Cole: "Good evening."

Zoe: "Hi everyone!"

Dionne: "And finally Steven Nash, the famous runway coach. You had a challenge with him this week, and he will announce the winner after our deliberation. Let's begin with our judging, shall we? Alright. The first girl is Angelia. Here are your best shots, Angelia:"

Party Girl

Dionne: "I love the position of your body, Angelia, except the feet. About the feeling I get from this picture, it's not uneasy or scared, it's horror. It's a bit overdone."
Chris: "You had to give us the feeling, and still keep it high fashion. It's not bad, but not good, either. It's average."

Rebel Girl

Dionne: "Just look at your face, Angelia, and look at your hands. It's not fashion. It's acting, and it's bad. Why don't you just try too hard, and be yourself?"
Ingrid: "The only thing in your mind is: 'I have to be called first.' or something similar. You can't let the doubts or fears get you this hard."
Dionne: "Thank you, Angelia. The next girl is Betsey. Here are your best shots, Betsey:"

Party Girl

Dionne: "Betsey, you did wonders last week, and just look at this picture! What's wrong with you here? I really like your body, it looks like you're worried and afraid of something, but your face just killed everything."
Ingrid: "Your face is so blank here, you have a dead look in your eyes, the eye contact is zero. I'm really disappointed."

Rebel Girl

Dionne: "And again, look at this picture. A change of 180 degrees. In this one, you look so fashionable, so elegant, and yet moody and rebelish. This is the feeling I wanted to get."
Chris: "With one disastrous and one beautiful picture, I don't know where you'll get. I wish you were more stabil, Betsey, because you need to be."
Dionne: "Thank you, Betsey. The next one is Hope. Alright, Hope, here are your best shots:"

Party Girl

Dionne: "Your pose is really high fashion. I love the pose and I love the face. I get a really eerie feeling from it. You sold the dress, it's just a wonderful pose."
Chris: "The position of your arms and legs are just great. Gives your body a nice angle. I would publish this picture, no doubt."

Rebel Girl

Dionne: "And our spirits couldn't fall down this harshly. What's happening here? Being a rebel is not about bad acting! You could do so much better, I'm really disappointed."
Ingrid: "There were so many thinks you could do, but you went for the obvious. It's not appealing. I hope your Party Girl photo doesn't get wasted because of this."
Dionne: "Thank you, Hope. Next is Louise, and here are your best shots:"

Dionne: "You are really scared for your life. Looks like there is a fire or something. When I look at this picture, I don't see high fashion. All I see is 'common'."
Ingrid: "You are being too posey. Fashion is not about being posey. And your emotion doesn't look genuine to me."

Rebel Girl

Dionne: "This one is much better. I like the 'I can't take it.' attitude. But again, look at your face. All this time we thought your face was too blank, and now it's quite the opposite."
Chris: "I would love this picture if you kept the pose, but changed the face. All that you need to use are your eyes. You don't need to raise your brows or show your teeth to give an emotion."
Dionne: "Thank you, Louise. The next one is Mathilda. Here are your best shots:"

Dionne: "I quite like this one. You seem scared, alone and helpless. You also look like you have a bad headache, but it's a nice pose. I like the body angle and the way you carried this outfit."
Chris: "This is one of my favourite pictures from the bunch. You really give us a emotion without being posey or exaggerating it. Good job."

Rebel Girl

Dionne: "It's so obvious here that it hits me in the face. You feel awkward in this outfit. You closed your body and turned it away from the camera. And your face really shows your insecurity."
Ingrid: "You can feel funny or uncomfortable in some of the outfits, but you can't let it show on the pictures. This is your job, dear, and you have to pull it off. That scowl on your face - you're not fooling us. It's really made up."
Dionne: "Thank you, Mathilda. Up next is Pearline. Alright, Pearline, here are your best shots:"

Party Girl

Dionne: "This one is so much different from your last week. Your face is very intense, I can really see what you must be feeling. Your body angle is great. I guess I can call this 'high fashion'."
Ingrid: "Her face is really strong here. I can feel that she is scared, and looking around for help. This is my favourite shot thus far."

Rebel Girl

Dionne: "Well, it's obviously not as strong as your first picture. Your arms are too much in the way, and you don't look angry, you look like you're jealous of something."
Chris: "You were pretty hard to shoot here. I have to say that you were lost in this makeover. You had to shine through it, but you didn't."
Dionne: "Thank you Pearline. Next one is Phyllis. Hello Phyllis, here are your best shots:"

Party Girl

Dionne: "I'm gonna make it short. I don't like the pose, and the face is so empty. You didn't give anything here. You look like you saw something disgusting. This is not what we wanted from you."
Chris: "You have a great body and you were wearing this beautiful outfit, there was so much you could show us. But you had a bad day I guess, because none of your pictures is standing out."

Rebel Girl

Dionne: "This is an interesting picture. I love the body language and the position of your head. Your face is also really strong. What's up with you girls this week? Isn't there anyone with two great pictures?"
Ingrid: "This is Phyllis I needed to see. I'm not too fond of your arms and hands, but your pose and face tell a story, and it's important."
Dionne: "Thank you, Phyllis. The next one is Roselle, and here are your best shots:"

Dionne: "Roselle, this shot doesn't mean anything to me. What are you doing here? You look like: 'Umm... So what?' This is the second time you are giving us your profile. And the body angle just doesn't work."
Ingrid: "Roselle, you're falling, and it's very dangerous at this point. You are not giving what you truly have."

Rebel Girl

Dionne: "The body is nice. I really like the hands. But your face is just so blank. It doesn't have anything to do with the concept. You look lost in thoughts, and that's my best guess."
Chris: "Someone that looks as unique as you would have a great chance in this industry. Don't waste it with these boring, meaningless poses."
Dionne: "Thank you, Roselle. Up next is Valentina, and here is your best shot:"

Dionne: "This is a really good pose. Looks like you're being followed by someone. The dress looks beautiful on you. I love the position of your hands and feet. Nice."
Chris: "I wish your eyes were more intense. It's a really good fashion picture indeed. I hope you keep up the good work."

Rebel Girl

Dionne: "Your pose is really boring and generic here. You have to work on your facial expressions. You always give the same face, but we need variety."
Chris: "Be careful, because the judges start to think that you are afraid to give different emotions. You are already in the bottom two, and I expected you to blow this shoot."
Dionne: "Thank you Valentina. Last but not least, there is Xiomara. Here is your best shot, Xiomara:"

Party Girl

Dionne: "I can feel that you are uneasy here. But I can't see the Xiomara from the first weeks. You are standing there like you didn't know how to pose. Your face doesn't give any emotion, and your body looks like: 'Alright, I'm waiting for the shooting to begin.' "
Ingrid: "In this picture you look really pretty and cute, but not high fashion to me. You have to step it up."

Rebel Girl

Dionne: "You went for the easy here but it ended up being posey. You look like screaming at the top of your lungs. But your face doesn't look fake. It's not bad acting to me."
Ingrid: "You've got beautiful bones on your face. I really love the light falling on them. But I'm not too fond of this picture. I've seen many better pictures from you."
Dionne: "Thank you, Xiomara."

Dionne: "Alright, now it's time for us judges to deliberate, and when I call you back, one of you will be eliminated."
